"Way too many follow-up emails"
After I bought the item, the emails just kept coming. I don’t mind an order update or two, but the constant follow-ups and reminders felt really aggressive. It got annoying fast and made the whole experience less enjoyable.

"Stock info was actually accurate"
I ordered a couple things from decabana the stock info was mostly spot on. If the site said something was available, it really was, and nothing randomly got cancelled after I checked out, which was a relief.

One size I wanted was out of stock, and I was kind of annoyed at first, but then I was like, wait, at least they were upfront about it. Shipping was normal, nothing dramatic. Giving 4 stars because more restocks would definitely be nice...

"Not much to pick from, and nobody seems to own the issue"
I went on decabana.com hoping to browse for some nice home decor, but the selection was underwhelming. A lot of the categories felt almost empty, like there were only a handful of things to look at.

The items they do have also felt kind of random, with no real style or direction. I kept clicking around thinking I’d find more, but it was mostly the same kinds of products showing up again and again.

What made it more frustrating is that it didn’t feel like anyone was really taking ownership of the experience. The site feels unfinished, and for casual browsing it just wasn’t worth it. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.

"Felt let down for the price"
I was actually in a good mood when my order arrived, but that changed once I saw what I got. It just felt way too expensive for the quality, and I expected better for the price. Unless decabana.com drops their prices a lot, I don’t think I’d buy from them again

I kept waiting for something to go wrong, like, okay, where’s the catch? But nope, everything went smoothly from start to finish. My order arrived without any issues, i don’t really have anything to complain about. Happy with the whole experience.

"Looks nice at first, but wears out quick"
It looked really nice when I first got it. Like, no complaints there. But after using it for a bit... the material just started showing wear faster than I expected. Kind of disappointing, honestly. I wish it held up longer.

"I was surprised by how much..."
I was surprised by how much the shipping ended up costing. It was more than I expected, i think this should be made clearer upfront before checkout. Customers shouldn’t have to find out at the last minute, and I’d like to see the company be more transparent about these fees

I wasn’t really sure what to expect at first since returns and exchanges can sometimes turn into a whole thing, and I had to wait a little while to hear back and get everything moving. But after a few days, it all got sorted out and the exchange ended up being easy enough

I had an issue and reached out about the warranty, and the support team was helpful. They basically said something like, “No worries, we’ll get this taken care of,” and walked me through what they needed. It took a little back and forth, but in the end they got it fixed, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

I was looking through decabana.com and got kind of frustrated. The site seems fine at first, but the review info gave me mixed signals. I couldn’t really tell what was actual customer feedback versus what the site just chose to show. I was hoping to see clearer reviews with dates, details, and maybe more real buyer experiences before feeling comfortable ordering. The products might be totally okay, but the lack of open, easy-to-trust reviews made me hesitate. Not the best first impression

"Color didn’t really match what I expected"
I ordered this rug assuming the color would look close to the photos, since that’s usually what I go by when shopping online. But in person it was way more dull and had kind of a strange shade to it. The rug itself seems decent quality, so I’m not saying it’s terrible, but I’m assuming the lighting or editing in the pictures makes it look a lot nicer than it actually is.

"At first, I really liked the..."
At first, I really liked the look of decabana.com. The site is clean, easy on the eyes, and not too crowded, which made it relaxing to browse. The colors and photos all fit together nicely, and overall the design feels polished. That said, I did end up feeling a little misled because the smooth, calming look made me expect everything to work just as well as it looked, but some parts didn’t load as smoothly as I hoped. Still, visually, it’s a really nice site

"Description felt a bit misleading"
The item looked a lot nicer in the photos than it did in person. The size and material didn’t really match what I thought I was getting from the description. It’s not completely terrible, but it definitely felt misleading. I also felt a little passed around when trying to figure out what was going on, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Felt totally ignored at checkout"
I tried placing an order, but the site kept freezing when I got to payment. I had to enter all my details twice, and even after that I still couldn’t tell if the order actually went through or not. It felt like no one had thought about how frustrating this would be for customers. After going in circles for a while, I just gave up.

"Payment took forever for some reason"
I tried checking out on decabana.com and for some reason the payment page just kept loading. Then my card got declined, even though I use it all the time on other sites with no issue. It finally went through after a few tries, but there wasn’t any clear message explaining what was wrong. Not the worst experience ever, just frustrating...

"Easy enough for me to use"
I’m not the most patient person when it comes to shopping online, but this site was easy to get around. The pages loaded fine for me, and checkout was clear enough that I didn’t have to think too much about it. My only small gripe is that it felt a little slow on mobile, which I’m probably extra picky about.

"Got there eventually"
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t too impressed at first because there was an issue with my order and it took a bit more back and forth than I’d have liked. That said, support did respond and they did get it sorted in the end. It took longer than I wanted, but fair enough, they fixed the problem
